Exhale Core Fusion DVD Giveaway

Body Sculpt Core Fusion DVD Giveaway!!!

Brought to you by fitness experts/creators Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp, who together developed this body transforming program derived from ballet, pilates, yoga and Tai Chi.

Broken up into 5-10 minute workouts, each very focused on a certain muscle group starting with the core. It works very quickly and is very effective. You will notice a change within weeks, even if you already work out a lot. Fred and Lis have a very relaxed approach yet always focusing on the form and giving a more basic version for beginners. It’s followed immediately by a stretch to lean out the muscle you just worked.

I highly recommend this entire series and visiting the Exhale Spa Atlanta when it opens this September in the Loew’s Hotel. Also, try out the sampler classes to be announced soon!

To win this DVD, please visit my interview with Fred and Lis and leave a comment. A winner will be chosen at random next Wednesday, May 19th prior to Lis’ pre opening class in Atlanta for prospective new Exhale instructors.

I won this DVD when I attended a class taught by the fabulous, beautiful, talented Kristin of Bella Moda. At times I thought “ I am not going to make it, boy I am really out of shape.” But Kristin makes it easy to get through the hard parts. I must say it is true the more you do it the easier it gets. I feel great and in better shape, don’t get me wrong. I am by no means an iron girl yet, I still have a ways to go. However I feel more confident that I can and will make it to being in as great health as Kristin or a healthier me. I have learned from her example that being healthy is a way of life not just some crash diet. Healthy is mind, body and soul. Sounds like a cliché but it is trust…real talk.

Thank you Kristin, I am having a healthier summer already.

A toast : To long life and great health… raise your veggie juice 

Thanks for your lovely comments. I had a great group of students to practice my first ever fitness teaching experience! I learned from it as well!
      Namaste
